May 2009 - Charlyne & Pascal in Dundee
Après 1 month holidays in France, back in Dundee avec Charlyne et Pascal, ici au pub ...
End of March 2009 - Walk through Tay Road Bridge - 2.250 kms
Walk avec alex pour traverser le bridge de 2 kms 250 aller et ... 2 kms 250 retour !! :) Grand soleil, grand vent, grand bol d'air frais !

Saturday 14th of March - Loch Ness and Inverness
With Caro again !
We have been en croisière sur le Loch Ness !! (Sorry de vous décevoir but I didn't see Nessie ... :o/)
Puis balade in Inverness. Cloudy day ...
1) Our boat !! :o)
2) Us ! Un peu wet, on a pris les vagues !!
3) The Loch !! Agité !!
4) Urquhart Castle on the side of Loch Ness
5) Visit of the Castle - Longtemps sujet de batailles entre clans !
6) Inverness, crossed by River Ness :o)

Edinburgh - Friday 13th of March
With Caro (my cousine) in Edinburgh for a day of sightseeing ! :o)
Visite du Museum of Edinburgh, balade dans la vieille ville, escalade of the hill pour atteindre le point de vue, Scottish National Portait Gallery ... Des vraies touristes ! :o)

Thursday 12th - Snowy Dundee !
It's winteeeeeer ! And it's snowiiiiing !!!

2) and 3) The penguins de Dundee, retour dans un "cadre climatique" adapté !
4) Discovery Point : Le muséum des expéditions au Pôle Nord, with the snow ... nomal quoi !
5) 6) and 7) Tay River
8) Snowman !!! (Je vous entend déjà demander si c'est moi l'artiste ... et bien non ! :/ )
9) Hands in the snow ! (Toujours pas mon oeuvre !) (... Par contre, ce sont my pictures !! :o) )

Sunday 8th - Carrot Cake !
Idée cuisine : Carrot Cake, gâteau à la carotte !
Plusieurs avantages :
- Easy
- Fast
- And carrots, ça rend AIMABLE !!!! Allez, tous aux marmites !! lol (and no excuse that you don't like carrots, IT DOESN'T TASTE CARROTS !!!)
1) Preparing the cake

3) Avec le "glaçage"
4) Entâmé ! lol
5) Our desert !! :o)

Weekend in London - 8 to 11th of January 2009
On peut passer par London pour rentrer sur Dundee ... ?! Profitons-en pour découvrir !
1st day :
- St George's Church
- British museum : on a rencontré Rosetta ! (Rosetta stone !), made a trip in Asia, Egypt, ... et even trouvé une tête sur notre chemin : don't laugh , c'est de l'Art ! et du grand Art : la tête doit bien mesurer 1 m de long !!!
- Covent garden market : un ancien marché couvert où était vendues apples and pears ! Now, on y trouve des boutiques et quelques étalages mais pas de fruits ...
- Balade on Thame's side : from there, we can see London eye (la grande roue!), Big Ben, Tower Bridge ...
- St Paul Cathedral : on est allées écouter les chants, relaxing at the end of the day ...
- Picadilly Circus : on our way back to the hostel
Walk of the day : 13 kms !!!
2nd day :
- Kensington and Hyde Park : With iced lacks !!!
- Sciences museum : just one picture but there was also an exhibition sur le nombre de médicaments (cachets) consommés dans une vie et je crois que ça tournait à 12-14.000 par personne !!!! Scaring !
- Albert and Victoria museum : no picture. c'était les appartements royaux, des trésors ... - Harrods ! THE Shopping Place ! That's such a luxurious place, salespersons wearing uniforms, soooo expensive shoes and clothes ... !!
- Buckingham Palace ! And the guards :)
- Big Ben and London Eye !
Walk of the day : 10 kms !
Day 3 : NOTHING ! Retour en bus sur Dundee ! Toutes les bonnes choses ont une fin ! noooooon ;(
